The SERVPRO project manager who worked on my remediation was a total professional and offered superior service. I was truly impressed by him. The quality of work which was done on my house was outstanding. I have no complaints about SERVPRO as a company or it's outstanding service. This is the very reason why I called them, because the company is trustworthy, and they do a superior job, start to finish. They worked hard and educated me the whole way, both of which put my concerns at ease.

On Thanksgiving morning,
I had a toilet that overflowed water in the bathroom, guest room, hallway and dinning room. I called my insurance company and SERVPRO of Temecula was at my house within a hour and a half.

Employees: Fernando Baca and Mark explained the water cleaning/restoration process and then immediately started the water extraction and drying process. Their quick response and work saved my wood flooring from any damage. I was impressed with their professionalism, communication, and attention to details. These guys we able to answer all my questions and they keep me informed from the beginning to the end of this process. I’m happy with their service and would recommend this company for cleaning/restoration needs.
