Larger Area Fire Causes Garage to Burn

The Southern California Area is known for it's wildfires. Unfortunately, they sometimes get close to the houses. That was the case for this home. The garage caught fire and was severely damaged. The rest of the home, luckily, only suffered smoke damage due to the larger fire around it and of course, the garage fire itself. The inside smoke damage to the drywall ended up causing the removal of large portions of it in the kitchen and living room areas while the garage was cleared out, boarded up and eventually rebuilt. The homeowners were pleased we were able to remove the damaged areas so quickly.
